In 2023, All Counties Except Philadelphia Are Pretty Much Electronic. If You Prefer Doing Things In Person, Then Philadelphia Is The Way To Go. If You Prefer Saving Time, Getting A Faster Appointment, And Not Spending A 1/2 Day In City Hall, You Should Go To Any Other County But Philadelphia. Also Keep In Mind If There Is A Typo Made Between Yourself And Philadelphia County, You Will Also Have To Schedule An Appointment And Physically Go Back Down There To Correct The Issue. With Other Counties They Will Correct Issues Immediately And Over The Phone.

To Get Married In Pennsylvania, Both Partners Must Obtain A Marriage License From The Philadelphia Marriage License Bureau. Requirements For Obtaining A License Include:
